The 11th lord in the 5th house routes gains, income, friends and desire through intelligence, children, creativity and speculation. What these natives earn comes out of judgement: something they thought of, something they made, or something they decided to back. This is the sparsest grid in the cluster by dignity. No ascendant lands exalted, holds … Read more
The 11th lord in the 4th house routes gains, income, friends and desire through home, mother, land and emotional foundation. What these natives want is a place. Income converts into property, the social circle assembles at the house, and the working life is organised around securing a base rather than around advancement. This is one … Read more
The 11th lord in the 3rd house routes gains, income, friends and desire through effort, courage, skill and communication. What these natives want, they go and get. There is no waiting for conditions here: the wanting and the doing sit in the same register, and the gains are proportional to the effort in a way … Read more
The 11th lord in the 2nd house routes gains, income, friends and desire through accumulated wealth, family and speech. This is the strongest commercial pairing in the cluster: both houses concern money, one as it arrives and the other as it is kept, and placing the lord of the first into the second joins them … Read more
The 11th lord in the 1st house brings gains, income, friends, networks and desire into the house of the self. The 10th lord in the 11th house routes career, standing and public action through gains, income, friends and networks. This is where professional standing becomes a return: the work converts, the position pays, and the reputation reaches people who can do something with it. Both houses are upachaya, so both compound with application. One ascendant … Read more
The 10th lord in the 10th house keeps action in its own seat. Career, standing, authority and public reputation are all governed in the house that owns them, by the planet that rules it, with nothing routed elsewhere. This is the strongest kendra holding its own lord, and classical practice reads it as one of … Read more
The 10th lord in the 9th house routes career, standing and public action through belief, principle, teachers and long journeys. The work answers to something here: these natives judge their profession against a standard that is not commercial, and a role that fails the standard becomes untenable regardless of what it pays. This is Dharma-Karmadhipati … Read more
The 10th lord in the 8th house routes career, standing and public action through transformation, hidden things, inheritance and other people’s resources. The working life changes shape here rather than progressing steadily: these natives do not have one career so much as several, and the reinventions are usually forced rather than chosen. Two ascendants land … Read more
