The complication is that Saturn is also the lagna lord here. Most practitioners hold that Vipreet Raj Yoga does not operate when the dusthana lord is also a kendra or trikona lord, on the grounds that the benefic lordship dominates and there is no purely malefic significance left to invert. The practical reading is that lagna lordship dominates, so Saturn is treated as a functional benefic at home in the 12th rather than as a Vipreet generator. It is not a hospitalisation forecast. The 12th’s association with hospitals and confinement is a category of signification, not a prediction. This site does not predict illness or longevity from placements, and a reading that presents this configuration as a medical warning has overstepped.

Loss of self is a translation, not a diagnosis. Classical descriptions of the lagna lord in the 12th use language about the dissolution of self, which belongs to the moksha signification. It describes a person less invested in their own visibility, not someone diminished.

Vimala Yoga is contested here, not established. For Aquarius the 12th lord sits in the 12th, meeting the condition on paper. Because the same planet rules the lagna, most practitioners hold the yoga does not operate. Presenting it as a definite Vipreet Raj Yoga overstates a divided question.
