Property purchase requires the 4th cusp sub-lord to signify the 4th, 11th and 12th together, because a purchase involves an outflow as well as an acquisition. So the house that Parashari reads cautiously in relation to the 4th is a required house in KP for the 4th’s most concrete subject.
