Visa applications, immigration processes, and travel permissions involve uncertainty and waiting. Horary astrology can address specific travel-related questions when the outcome is unknown.
These questions are particularly suited to horary because they have definite yes/no outcomes.
Houses for Travel and Visa
3rd house: Short journeys, local travel, documentation, effort.
9th house: Long journeys, foreign travel, approval from foreign authorities, luck in applications.
12th house: Foreign residence, life abroad, foreign lands.
11th house: Fulfillment of the desire, gains, success in the application.
For visa questions specifically, the 9th house (foreign authority approval) and 11th house (gaining what is desired) are primary.
Will My Visa Be Approved?
For visa approval questions:
Check the 9th cusp Sub-Lord. Does it signify favorable houses?
9th cusp Sub-Lord signifying 3rd, 9th, 11th: Approval indicated. The foreign authority will grant permission.
9th cusp Sub-Lord signifying 6th, 8th, 12th: Denial or obstacles. The application may fail.

Moon transiting through favorable nakshatras may coincide with decision.
If approval is indicated, timing clues suggest when the positive result arrives.
Processing times vary by country and visa type; horary timing is approximate.
Reapplication After Denial
If the horary indicates denial:
The denial applies to the current application at the moment of asking.
Circumstances can change. A future application may have different indications.
Consider what the denial indicators suggest: documentation issues (3rd afflicted), eligibility problems (9th afflicted), or other factors.
A new horary for a subsequent application can be cast when circumstances genuinely change.
