Common misreadings

This is not a Kendra-Trikona Raj Yoga. The 1st house is both a kendra and a trikona, so people claim the yoga whenever the lagna lord occupies a kendra. The classical yoga requires two different lordships associating. A single lord occupying a favourable house is a placement, and even for Virgo and Pisces, where the lagna lord also rules the 10th, convention excludes lagna lordship from yogakaraka status.

Standing is not the same as wealth. The 10th is what a person is known for. Money is a 2nd and 11th house question. Plenty of charts carry a strong 10th and ordinary finances, and reading career prominence as a wealth indicator is one of the more common errors with this placement.
