Most people who ask about a relationship do not have a birth time, or have one that was rounded to the hour, and the answer they are usually given is either a full reading on a guessed time, which is a reading of the wrong chart, or nothing. There are three honest routes, and this page sets out what each can answer. The day chart, the planets by sign for the date alone, which reads the Moon’s sign on most days, Venus and Mars by sign, the nodes, and most of the synastry between two people, and cannot read the houses, the seventh lord, the Navamsa or the dasha dates. The horary, a chart cast for the moment the question is sincerely asked or from a number between 1 and 249, in which the querent is the first house and the other person the seventh, which answers a specific question, will we be together, will they come back, is this the one, with a timing, and cannot describe a life. And rectification, which recovers the birth time from dated events and gives back the whole natal reading. The question after a breakup is how long, and the chart answers it as a season with a length, which is more than the friends can offer and less than the native fears. The months after an ending are the remainder of the sub-period the ending fell in, and sometimes the next, and they run in three phases that the houses name: the loss, the twelfth’s work; the transformation, the eighth’s; and the rebuilding, the second’s and eleventh’s. The chart reads how long the season runs, by the sub-period’s dates; what lengthens it, Saturn over the Moon, and what lifts it, Jupiter over the Moon or the fifth, Ketu’s detachment, the next carrier’s arrival; what helps this particular chart, by which houses are strong, the friends of the eleventh, the words of the third, the work of the tenth, the journey of the ninth, the home of the fourth; the pull back and its dates; the grief that is thinner than expected after a fade and the one that does not lift and is for a counsellor as well as the chart; and when the heart is next available, which is the find-love page’s question. This page is written for the single person in a relationship with someone who is married, and it is written without a lecture, because the reader has heard the lecture and has come for something the lecture cannot give, which is what their own chart says. It says four things. What draws them to the unavailable, the fifth lord in the twelfth or eighth, Venus with Rahu or Ketu, Rahu on the fifth, which is a pattern of the houses and a season and not a verdict on their worth. Which house the relationship lives in, the twelfth or the eighth, and what that house does to relationships that live in it. Whether their own marriage window, the seventh lord’s sub-period that would carry a bond of their own, is passing while they wait, which is the reading’s most useful and least welcome sentence. And what the other person’s chart can say, which is whether their marriage is ending on its own schedule, and cannot say, which is whether they will leave for the native, since a chart reads a marriage’s seasons and not a person’s choice. The question after a divorce is asked in the same words as before it, will I find love again, and the chart answers it in three parts that the questioner has usually run together. The aftermath, the twelfth lord’s or Ketu’s season that follows the ending and has to pass before anything else can begin, which the reading dates so that the native stops trying to skip it. The rebound, the relationship of the eighth lord’s or Rahu’s sub-period, sudden and intense and real, which is the crisis’s own relationship and not the second beginning, and which the reading names so that it is enjoyed for what it is. And the second beginning itself, read from the second house, the family rebuilt, which this site reads as the second spouse’s house, timed by its lord with the seventh lord and Venus and by Jupiter over the second or seventh, and described by the second lord’s placement as the first spouse was described by the seventh’s.
